Dozens of suppliers deliver metal-roll: shaped tubes, plates, hexagon, square, angle, channel and plain bars, and rings. The level of production localization is extremely high, averagely exceeding 85%; for some models, it reaches 100% which is one of the best figures in the industry. Only mechanical rubber, rollers, hydraulic cylinders and metalware are purchased outside. The disks and cultivator tines are imported. The manufacturing premises are furnished with state-of-the-art high-precision NC band-saw, plasma, turn-milling and drilling equipment, and an automated manufacturing line with the use of NC-based Kuka robots. Over a hundred lathes and machines let us manufacture highly competitive products.
